Yesterday I made a bold move and quit my part-time weekend job at Retail 002*. I am very happy and not looking back. No regrets, right? Never. While I will miss that little extra boost of a paycheck, I can think of a million other things that I would rather do. And now I have a weekend, which is nice after working 13 days in a row. 

October is good. I am optimistic about everything. 

Just finished reading At or Near the Surface by Jenny Pritchett. I don't ever read short stories because they're always dumb or boring, but these short stories are not dumb or boring. They are surprising and smart.
